Alternative Provision and Qualifications
Not every young child or young person thrives in a classroom. Some need a calmer space, a different pace,
and the chance to feel seen.
Our alternative provision provides a safe, structured, and relational environment where young people can rebuild confidence and re-engage with learning through practical, alongside horses whose needs, communication and wellbeing are prioritised.
Sessions are delivered by qualified teachers, therapists and experienced practitioners, with a strong understanding of SEND and alternative education pathways.
We offer ASDAN and OCNLR-accredited qualifications, as well as bespoke programmes designed by our team, that can be tailored to individual needs and support clear outcomes for referrers. The qualifications written with OCNLR are nationally recognised and can be taken at level 1 and level 2.
Our programmes can support:
-
Evidence towards EHCP outcomes, including emotional regulation, confidence, communication, engagement, and independence
-
Recognised accredited units that value practical learning and personal development
-
Flexible delivery for learners experiencing anxiety, school refusal, or neurodivergence
-
Progression back into education, further training, or improved readiness for learning
Learning becomes possible when a child feels safe enough to be curious.
