What an amazing morning - featured on two breakfast radio shows for BBC Radio Solent! Having never been into a radio studio before it was all very exciting, and there were screens and microphones and dials everywhere. Once I'd been offered coffee it was time to get on with the show. First I was interviewed on the Breakfast Show and then half an hour later on the Julian Clegg show both of which were live (how many times can you get away with saying 'um' in one interview?). I was able to talk about the inspiration behind Horeserenity and how the centre came about, it was also nice to be able to publicly thank the Framptons for allowing me to share their farm and welcome the learners to Spetisbury.
